During the process of my home selling in the Fremont area i had a very pleasant experience with Chee for the following reasons: from the very beginning he was very professional and did not over promise anything. In the end all of his predictions were correct and made the entire selling process very smooth. Throughout that time he was extremely responsive, none pushy and proactive. In my case we also had to deal with an existing tenant who was faced with the choice to continue staying in the place with the new landlord's conditions or to move. I think Chee handled also this situation in a very personal and sensitive manner to the tenant so all parties were satisfied in the end. Chee accompanied the selling even to the point were he was present at the closing sign-off with the title company. So overall I want to give him the highest marks for his excellent services.
